Borrowing ÖkoEvent Advertising Material

Organizers can borrow advertising banners, roll-ups, beach flags and table pennants free of charge for their eco-event. In this way, the ÖkoEvent status of the event will also be obvious to participants.

It is particularly important to communicate all the information for eco-friendly events well.

As well as providing information about the option to use public transport, a clearly visible system of waste separation, and clear labeling in the buffet, the guests should also be informed that they are taking part in an eco-friendly event.

That is why the ÖkoEvent Advisory Service of the City of Vienna provide free, portable advertising materials to organizers who have acquired the ÖkoEvent or ÖkoEvent PLUS quality title.

The following advertising materials are available:

ÖkoEvent Advertising Material

Beach flags (approx. 3 m height)
Roll-ups (2.5 x 1 m)
Banners (2x 0.5 m)

The advertising materials are available in two versions:

with the ÖkoEvent logo
with ÖkoEvent PLUS logo

Table stands

Table pennants are also available to borrow for smaller events or for additional advertising purposes.

Please submit your checklist in good time if you need ÖkoEvent advertising material for your event. Your event should be approved 10 days in advance at the latest. As soon as your event has been approved as an ÖkoEvent or ÖkoEvent PLUS, we can reserve advertising material for you. Please contact the ÖkoEvent Info Service.
